Thomas Boylan | Principal Strategic Analyst, PG&E
Thomas Boylan works on PG&E's Clean Transportation Strategy and Policy team where he develops strategies to reduce capacity constraints for EV customers and proactively prepare the electric grid to serve future EV loads with the goal of supporting 3 million EVs in PG&E's service territory by 2030. He holds a bachelor's degree in geosciences from Virginia Tech and a master's degree in energy policy and climate from Johns Hopkins University.
