Jamie Hall | Senior Strategist, EV Policy and Market Development, General Motors

Jamie Hall is a senior strategist on the global public policy team at General Motors where he leads policy and regulatory efforts to support GM’s vision of a zero-emission future. He works closely with GM technical teams, policymakers, and industry stakeholders on policies and programs to enable GM’s electrification-related goals. Key areas of responsibility include charging infrastructure, vehicle-grid integration, and broader energy and grid issues. Prior to GM, he served as Policy Director at CALSTART, where he led legislative and regulatory initiatives in the clean transportation space. He received degrees from Princeton University and the Goldman School of Public Policy at UC Berkeley.
