The Electrification Coalition (EC) is a nonpartisan nonprofit organization that advances policies and actions to facilitate widespread adoption of electric vehicles at the local, state, and national levels. The EC conducts this vital work to reduce the economic, public health, and national security risks that stem from the U.S. transportation system’s dependence on oil.

The EC brings together a broad array of stakeholders, including industry experts, EV advocates, policymakers, thought leaders, funders, fleet managers, vehicle and equipment manufacturers, and technology innovators to build momentum on all fronts for the electrification of transportation. The EC’s hands-on EV implementation projects with cities and public- and private-sector fleets complement our EV policy initiatives from city halls to the halls of Congress. As policymakers and business leaders continue to make groundbreaking commitments to deploy EVs, the EC’s work is now more important than ever: The organization is sharing lessons learned, connecting stakeholders, and providing technical resources and support for an unprecedented transformation of our transportation system.
