The Electric Drive Transportation Association (EDTA) has been leading the charge for electric transportation since 1989. Our members represent the entire value chain of electric drive, including vehicle manufacturers, battery and component manufacturers, utilities and charging infrastructure providers, who are developing the technology, vehicles and infrastructure of e-mobility. EDTA has advanced our shared vision for electrification by leading advocacy for groundbreaking policies, coordinating the leadership of the electric drive industry, and mounting the first EV-consumer education campaign, which continues to provide electric drive information today, at www.goelectricdrive.org.

EDTA is working to ensure U.S. leadership in emissions reduction and the global electrification market. EDTA, with our members, continues to lead the transition to e-mobility with policy, industry and communication initiatives. We work with public and private partners promote electrification and advance infrastructure deployment and at community, state, regional and federal levels.
