Aaron Kressig | Transportation Electrification Manager, Western Resource Advocates 

Aaron Kressig is the transportation electrification manager at Western Resource Advocates (WRA). He leads WRA's work across the Interior West to develop and implement policies to accelerate widespread adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) and other technologies to significantly reduce emissions from the transportation sector. Kressig's work focuses on securing policies and plans which will maximize the environmental and economic benefits that electrified transportation can bring to communities throughout the region. He has extensive experience working with private companies and state agencies to craft policies to advance zero emission transportation and testifying at state legislatures, air quality control commissions, public utility commissions and other branches of state government. Kressig earned a bachelor's degree in environmental geography from the University of Missouri before heading to Washington, D.C., to further his academic studies with a master's degree in global environmental policy from American University. He is based in Denver, Colorado but originally hails from St. Louis, Missouri.
